Online Purchase Policies
addaccessories.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction. All online catalog / phone order purchases may be returned within 10 days of
delivery for a full refund. Prior to return customers must obtain RMA number. Please make sure to obtain an RMA# Prior to making a
return. All shipments without an RMA# attached to the outside of the box will be refused at time of delivery.
The following conditions apply to all returns:
* Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging along with copies of receipt of purchase.
* Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
* RMA number must be written or attached on the outside of returned item.
* A Restocking Fee of 20% applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without any wear)
All claims for damaged items are reviewed on a case by case basis.

orders over $50.00, we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured.
